In the "src/XYHodoAnalyzer.cc" file in forming XYHodoHit objects, when more than one TDC values exist for a given channel and edge (fall/raise) then it keeps only those with smallest values. This is to reduce hits that originate from bouncing of the light in the fibers, or afterpusling
