#13 option to use apptainer

Prototype to incorporate running with apptainer image. Apptainer image must be build before hand.

Option --apptainer <path_to_apptainer_imager.sif> is added. If invoked it will invoke the hcswif_apptainer.sh script to be run.

NOT tested. Will do the test with hcswif after getting first comments.

For podman run we will make another PR very soon.
