The code is reorganized, and classes are moved from the XYHodoTools.h into separate header file, similarly implementations of classes are moved from the src/XYHodoTools.cc to dedicated source files. The CMakeLists.txt file modified accordingly

Closes #1 (closed)

This was tested by comparing of the output root histograms with the one obtained by the previous version of the code. Histograms from both files were Identical .
