Add support for edm4eic
This creates a basic project structure that pulls in JANA and edm4eic. So far it only contains a basic unit test which verifies that edm4eic links and runs.
The new on-boarding hook has been deployed. All users registering with their @jlab.org account should be auto-added to their initial groups based on their CUE groups. Please contact the helpdesk if you encounter any issues.
The new Gitlab Runner is now deployed to the system and available for all projects. Please let us know if you encounter any issues. Tutorials and Documentation to follow.
