MySamplerStream updates

This PR addresses three issues. Two are related to MySamplerStream on busy channels. One was discovered and fixed that dealt with sampling into the future. That should have waited, but it was a small fix that I addressed without much thought.
I don't believe any breaking changes were introduced unless you count the change to "future" samples. I consider the existing behavior a bug, so fixing it is not a breaking change IMHO. Maybe you think differently.
