Corrected RICH_s4.stl (RICH optical air geant4 volume)

RICH_s4.stl is used to define the Air_Opt region for the CLAS12 sector 4 RICH in gemc, as called by RICHGeant4Factory (used here).

The old version wasn't large enough to contain all RICH aerogel tiles and planar mirrors. This PR uploads a new stl file with the volume slightly stretched. gemc overlap checks confirmed this does not introduce overlaps with the FTOF or DC.
