Helicity improvements

  • bugfix on new decoder board delay correction
  • treat all input files as one for helicity state change detection during decoding
  • post-processing
    • enable helicity state change detection during post-processing, rebuilding all HEL::flip banks
    • remove the option to flip the helicity during post-processing, never used
    • initialize all helicity parameters from CCDB (removing hardcoded delay=8)
  • various cleanup and convenience methods
