The new on-boarding hook has been deployed. All users registering with their @jlab.org account should be auto-added to their initial groups based on their CUE groups. Please contact the helpdesk if you encounter any issues.

bugfix on new decoder board delay correction
treat all input files as one for helicity state change detection during decoding
post-processing
- enable helicity state change detection during post-processing, rebuilding all HEL::flip banks
- remove the option to flip the helicity during post-processing, never used
- initialize all helicity parameters from CCDB (removing hardcoded delay=8)
various cleanup and convenience methods
