C++ tools container

I would like to have c++ tools image with hipo + the ROOT RDataframe extension. Does this already exist? I can start trying to build it myself but I don't want to repeat something that was already done. I will use this image in a CI job here to analyze the output of the atof_decoder as I develop/debug it.
