Reviewer - please add a CSV export button

Please add a button to download a CSV export of the labels in the database. I plan to use the csv file for static documentation of work done, in case we need to refer to it in the future. It would also be useful to pull the data into a spreadsheet for any kind of manipulation that isn't possible with the viewer gui at present.
