Labeler - Please show the plots in run order, not random order, and add an up/down toggle

https://epsciweb.jlab.org/gluex_hydra/labeler shows the plots in no particular order. Please put them in numerical order.

It would be great if we could have a toggle switch up or down. During data-taking we like to see the most recent plot first, which means descending. During labeling it is easier to see them in ascending order. Thanks.
