reconcile new, multi-region, URWell geometry with previous single region version

it seems the recent changes to URWell geometry to support multiple regions, i.e. up to 2 double-sided detectors, have altered the strip geometry even when only one region/detector is used.

It is not critical but it would be easier if the one region/detector geometry would be identical to the one before the changes.
