Investigate Pipeline Test Reports

Instead of viewing unit test results in the CI/CD Log Viewer, there is a separate dedicated test results viewer to possibly use. It appears to only support JUnit though, so if it excludes ctest and pytest, this seems like a dead end. Investigation needed. See: GitLab Test Reports
